Account and enquiry information

Registration asks for a referral code, name, email address, and password. Account features use profile information alongside package records, wallet transactions, and trading activity to present your account history.

When you email support, the information you include becomes part of that enquiry. Provide only the details needed to explain your question.

Browser storage and analytics

The application uses browser storage for signed-in account information and application preferences. The website includes Google Analytics to record page views and interactions, including registration and package activity. Analytics events may include an account identifier when you are signed in.

The Contact form prepares an email in your email app. It does not submit the form to a website contact database. Using Copy enquiry places the prepared text on your device clipboard.

Links to social channels and other external services open services with their own privacy practices.

Privacy requests and policy questions

Email info@velorax.ai to request the complete privacy policy or ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or the services involved in processing your information. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
